There is one undeniable truth; isolation will destroy a man! Men need authentic relationships with other men who are working to be strong fathers, husbands and leaders so we can change our communities and the trajectory of our families. Getting in shape (healthy) is the first step to us getting right and becoming the best version of ourselves as men.

We welcome men of all fitness levels and all physical abilities to our workouts. If you want to push hard, go ALL OUT, but if you haven’t exercised in a long time, MODIFY. Don’t hurt yourself or even worse, get discouraged. Just show up, work hard and give it your best.

SCHEDULE:

9:00 AM - 9:15 AM:    Check In

9:15 AM - 9:30 AM:    Warm up

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM:  Workout

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM:  Food + Fellowship​

WHAT TO BRING:
No need to bring anything. The gym has all of the necessary equipment, plus towels and refreshments will be provided for all participants.

DRESS CODE:
Comfortable workout attire and appropriate footwear.

COST:

The cost for this event is $30 per participant. This includes the workout, your post-workout meal and one month of access to B Wings Fitness online Training Program.
