Your complimentary Personal Training session will be used for performance analysis in order to get an accurate picture of your fitness level, an indication of appropriate starting intensities and a baseline for goal setting prior to making a commitment to a long term plan. Bringing performance analysis into early workouts will help me deliver safe, successful training sessions and create a customized workout plan that works for your body.
