QUICK START PROGRAM

FITNESS EVALUATION

The Quick Start Program is a personal training assessment or fitness evaluation for new clients that includes three (3) personal training sessions. These initial three (3) sessions will be used for performance analysis in order to get an accurate picture of your fitness level, an indication of appropriate starting intensities and a baseline for goal setting prior to making a commitment to a long term plan. Bringing performance analysis into early workouts will help me deliver safe, successful training sessions and create a customized workout plan that works for your body. 

BODY COMPOSITION

Your body composition is the percentage of fat, bone and muscle in your body. Your body composition analysis will tell me a lot about your overall health and workout capacity, These essential measurements will shift and evolve as your training goes on so we can point back to these statistics to see how far we have come. 

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

Your Functional Movement Screening will help me to identify compensatory movements that are indicative of increased injury risk and/o reduced performance prior to creating your custom exercise program. Throughout your first few sessions we will test your core movement patterns - including deep squats, hurdle steps, incline lunges, shoulder mobility, straight leg raises, pushups, and rotary crunches. 

EXERCISE CAPACITY

Your Exercise Capacity will be measured in two different ways. The first involves testing the level of output that you can bring to an individual training session and the second involves measuring your capacity for physical fitness work that you have based on your personal circumstances.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

12 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY

A client that has made an appointment for a session may cancel or change the time of the session provided that a minimum of 12 hours notice is given. You can make these changes via email to brandon@calculatednutrition.com or by contacting Brandon directly. Clients will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no show appointments.

PAYMENTS

Payment for sessions is required to be made by the client at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled session.

EXPIRATION POLICY / REFUND POLICY

All sales are final after purchase. Sessions expire 30 days from the date of purchase.
