Brandon helps busy men and women achieve their peak physique by removing the guesswork from building muscle and losing fat through personal training and meal prep. Brandon has experience working with a wide variety of clients through many different fitness domains including strength and conditioning, weight training and injury prevention. ​As a personal trainer, Brandon incorporates a multitude of training techniques, all of which create a challenging and fun environment to reach your goals. If you are new to exercise, struggling with injuries, or a seasoned gym rat, Brandon's experience will give you endless strategies for reaching your goals.​
Whether you’re with Brandon for a day or committed for years, he has a program that will provide you with exactly what you need. Brandon will create a customized personal training plan that draws upon his methodology to help you succeed in achieving your fitness goals, regardless of what they might be. The design of each training session is based on your unique needs, so he will adjust your plan when needed, whether it means scaling back because of injury or ramping up because a goal has been surpassed.
