Most of us work harder in the presence of others and having Brandon by your side will provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine.

It’s a lot harder to skip the gym when you know someone is waiting for you.. Brandon will hold you accountable and help you overcome all the excuses you might use to avoid your commitment to exercise.

 

CLARITY

Fitness and nutrition can be confusing. Working with Brandon will help remove the guess work so you can put all of your energy toward accomplishing your goals.

CONFIDENCE

The gym can be intimidating. Working with Brandon allows you to become confident with how to perform exercises and use machines. After a few sessions, you will feel ready to tackle the weight room on your own.

FITNESS EVALUATION

3 TRAINING SESSIONS

The Fitness Evaluation is a personal training assessment for new clients that includes 3 personal training sessions. These initial 3 sessions will be used for performance analysis in order to get an accurate picture of your fitness level, an indication of appropriate starting intensities and a baseline for goal setting prior to making a commitment to a long term plan. Bringing performance analysis into early workouts will help me deliver safe, successful training sessions and create a customized workout plan that works for your body. 

BODY COMPOSITION

Your body composition is the percentage of fat, bone and muscle in your body. Your body composition analysis will tell me a lot about your overall health and workout capacity, These essential measurements will shift and evolve as your training goes on so we can point back to these statistics to see how far we have come. 

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

Your Functional Movement Screening will help me to identify compensatory movements that are indicative of increased injury risk and/o reduced performance prior to creating your custom exercise program. Throughout your first few sessions we will test your core movement patterns - including deep squats, hurdle steps, incline lunges, shoulder mobility, straight leg raises, pushups, and rotary crunches. 

EXERCISE CAPACITY

Your Exercise Capacity will be measured in two different ways. The first involves testing the level of output that you can bring to an individual training session and the second involves measuring your capacity for physical fitness work that you have based on your personal circumstances.

These are more than just great workouts. Brandon will create a customized personal training plan that draws upon his methodology to help you succeed in achieving your fitness goals, regardless of what they might be. The design of each training session is based on your unique needs, so he will adjust your plan when needed, whether it means scaling back because of injury or ramping up because a goal has been surpassed.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training with Brandon consists of working with a group of two to four clients. Keeping the group to an 4 person max allows Brandon to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment. It’s no secret that small group training is considered a more cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of personal training. However, in addition to not breaking the bank, small group training has been shown to increase camaraderie, accountability, and success for individuals in the group. When individuals exercise in a group, they establish relationships and make friends, which helps to increase adherence to the program.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

In order to provide greater flexibility with monthly payments clients have the option to select one of two payment dates that work best  for them: either the 15th of the month or the last day of each month. Please note that invoices not paid within 5 days of the selected due date will incur a $50 late fee. Payments for drop in sessions (single training session) is required to be made by the client at least 24 hours before the date of their scheduled session. 

 

INVOICING POLICY

All monthly invoices will reflect the full amount for services, regardless of the clients availability or attendance during the billing period. The only exception to this policy will be in cases where Brandon is unavailable for more than 5 days during a billing cycle. If this occurs, your invoice will be prorated to reflect the number of days of Brandon's abscence.  

 

EXPIRATION POLICY / REFUND POLICY

All sales are final after purchase. Sessions expire 30 days from the date of purchase.

SCHEDULING POLICY

To best accommodate your needs clients must schedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Brandon will not schedule same day appointments. However, if you already have an appointment scheduled on a particular day Brandon will do his best to accommodate any last minute changes but he cannot guarantee the he will have availability on that same day.

CANCELATION POLICY

A client that has made an appointment for a session may cancel or change the time of the session provided that a minimum of 12 hours notice is given. You can make these changes via email to brandon@bwingsfitness.com or by contacting Brandon directly. Clients will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no show appointments.
