INSTRUCTIONS
GROUND CHICKEN

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once oil is heated, add the ground chicken, crumble and cook until browned.

Add water chestnuts to the skillet and saute for two minutes.

Pour the prepared sauce mixture into the skillet and mix well. Cook for two more minutes to allow the sauce to soak into the chicken and vegetables.

Remove from the heat and top with green onions and chopped peanuts.

Jasmine RICE

Add rice, water and salt into a medium pot and stir to combine.

Close the pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil over medium heat then lower the heat to low and cook for 12 minutes.

Take the pot off the heat and leave the rice to rest for 10 minutes (with the lid on).
