TRAINING GUIDE

4 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM

This glute training guide is a hypertrophy workout program that focuses on growing the size of the glute muscles. This training program was designed by coaches Kenny Sims (Flex Training) and Brandon Wings (B Wings Fitness) and is organized with 5 day upper/lower body part splits that use heavy compound glute movements and targeted accessory movements to strengthen the full body, not just the glutes.
